Travelling From Split To The Festival
Split is a large city down the coast from Hideout Festival, but it is served well by bus pretty much all day long heading up to nearby Zadar which is a fairly short journey to the festival site. There’s the option of train also, which runs rather less frequently, but you will get to see some Safaris Tanzania | Tanzania Safaris glorious countryside. If you arrive a bit too late for a connection to Novalja, it may be an option to spend a nice relaxing evening in Croatia’s second largest city before heading up at a more leisurely pace in the morning. Details are here for Tourist Information.

Travelling From Zadar To The Festival
The first city we feature for our travel guide also happens to be the closest airport to Hideout Festival, around 50 miles away, you will find the wonderful city of Zadar. Ryanair flies to Zadar direct from London Stansted and Liverpool and it is also possible to travel by Croatia Airlines, so there’s a chance a fair few of you will end up arriving at Zadar at some point. Hideout Festival 2013
Hideout Festival is located on Zrce Beach in the delightful open-air surroundings of Club Aquarius, Club Papaya and Club Kalypso. The nearby town of Novalja is where most of you will stay and it has a wide range of accommodation that can be booked through our travel partners Collegium. Continue

Flights & Transfers
The closest airport to Novalja is actually in the nearby city of Zadar (about 80km away) and there are direct flights from London Stansted, three times a week, operated by Ryanair and numerous other routes via other European cities. These can get booked up pretty quickly though so prices can be quite expensive.
The option of flying in to one of the nearby airports in the region is definitely a popular one with festival go-ers and our travel partners will be running dedicated Hideout Festival transfers bringing you to Novalja in the run up to the festival and back to airports in the region for your return journey.
